- Choices of where you work and when you work - because we all value something different. Hybrid work schedules allow for flexibility where you work. There is required collaboration in office on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, but the flexibility to work from home the rest of the week. A unique 9/80 work schedule gives you flexibility when you work. Choose from alternating Fridays off or consider the Choice schedule which allows you a fixed morning or afternoon off each week.

About The Job:
The Systems Analyst is responsible for supporting various Microsoft technologies for User Management, Mobile Device Management, End-User Computing and maintaining information security compliance.
What You’ll Do:
- Provide technical support to internal clients for computer and network troubleshooting
- Work effectively with teams and assist other team members in resolving issues in a timely manner
- Interact with internal customers in a professional manner to provide superior customer service
- Assist with Microsoft 365 and Azure AD management
- Enforce endpoint management policies (Microsoft Intune)
- Maintain documented IT processes
- Support on-premises and remote end users
- Troubleshoot Wired and Wireless Networking
- Interact with vendors and escalate to vendor support when necessary for resolution
- Perform appliance installations, mount hardware, and run basic cable network connections as necessary
- Other duties as assigned
