SUMMARY
Agile Defense is seeking a motivated SailPoint Engineer to support the Department of the Army, Program Executive Office, Enterprise Information Systems (PEO EIS) for Army Identity Credential and Access Management (ICAM) Services at Ft. Belvoir, Virginia.

This role will support a specific project initiative to increase Identity Governance and Administration (IGA)/SailPoint onboarding for supported PEO EIS ICAM customers. This project initiative will involve the management of external customer relationships including stakeholders, partners, vendors, and service providers. Our project team will work closely with program leadership to plan out the execution of roadmaps, timelines, COAs, schedules, scope, and requirements of work, as well as reporting and updates on project status to PEO EIS leadership.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Requirements gathering and testing for automated privilege assignments.
• Builds and codes applications and/or modules using languages such as C++, visual basic, ABAP, JAVA, XTML, JSON, XML, REST etc.
• Integrate SailPoint with other IT systems, applications, etc.
• Identify opportunities for automation, evaluate new tools, and drive implementation of technology that creates value for the organization
• Work with various stakeholders to implement the solution and maximize effectiveness.
• Troubleshoot and fix PEO EIS ICAM problems.
• Support the rollout and onboarding of new applications into the ICAM infrastructure.
• Operational support with change and incident management processes
• Participate in the design, creation and maintenance of computerized databases.
• Support continuous technological improvement to maximize opportunities for product enhancements available from emerging technological advances in the marketplace.
• Support the integration of new technologies and capabilities into existing system architectures in the form of virtualization, modernization and enhancements.
• Responsible for the installation, maintenance, configuration, and integrity of SailPoint.
• Implements application enhancements that will improve the reliability and performance of the application.
• Develops appropriate application and process documentation.

QUALIFICATIONS
Required Certifications

• IAT Level II certification.
• SailPoint Professional, Associate, or Engineer level certification.

Education, Background, and Years of Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Information systems or technology or related field.
• 5+ years of SailPoint engineering experience.

• Expertise with the SailPoint platform.

WORKING CONDITIONS
Environmental Conditions

• Remote work with upfront initial set up travel required. Possible off-hours work to support releases and outages. Work is generally sedentary in nature and performed with standard office equipment available.
• There may be a future need to go on site, depending on the customer's guidance .

Strength Demands

• Sedentary – 10 lbs. Maximum lifting, occasional lift/carry of small articles. Some occasional walking or standing may be required. Jobs are sedentary if walking and standing are required only occasionally, and all other sedentary criteria are met.
