Table Games Dealer School - Starting 7/10/2023 Hiring Event

PAID DEALER ACADEMY INFORMATION

• Hired into Full Time status for the 4-week program
• 8 hours per day, 5 days a week
• Once gaming license is obtained and auditions are passed, dealers can expect to earn an average of $25/hour in tokes
• UP TO $2,000* IN BONUSES AVAILABLEAdditional $500 for each core game you learn within your first year of employment
  Must obtain Ohio gaming license and be able to pass an audition for each core gamed learned to receive bonus.

Duties of table games dealers include but are not limited to:

• Providing accurate and efficient dealing at assigned table game
• Following game procedures when dealing Blackjack, Craps, Roulette, Baccarat, and any other form or variation of table games
• Provides prompt, courteous and accurate dealing at assigned table(s)
• Adheres to all company and departmental policies and procedures and state regulations as it relates to this position
• Performs accurate chip and cash transactions
• Receives wagers from customers and pays the appropriate game outcomes
• Maintains game security and protects company assets at all times
• Assists customers in understanding the rules and ensures adherence to established policies and procedures
• Enthusiastically supports, actively promotes and demonstrates superior customer service in accordance with department and company standards and programs

When you enter from Miami Street, take a right and drive around the building until you pass the loading dock area. To your immediate left there will be a large outdoor parking lot. Park and walk to where the building meets the parking garage structure. There is a door labeled "Team Member Entrance". Enter there and press the buzzer to the left of the second set of doors. Let the Security Dispatcher know you are here for the HR hiring event and they will direct you from there.
