Tablet Command is seeking an experienced Product Support Specialist in the west coast region (other than California) to join our team. This role is a pre-sales and post-sales support role that bridges the gap between our technical solutions and fire service expertise. The ideal candidates will combine deep fire service knowledge with technical proficiency in Tablet Command's product offering.

Tablet Command has over 700 customers amongst 120 accounts in North America and Canada, including some of the country's largest metros and 911 centers.
Position Summary
The Product Support Specialist will be assigned to support regional account executives and regional account managers. This role focuses on both pre-sales and post-sales support. Pre-sales responsibilities include product demonstrations, technical product expertise, and applying fire-specific incident command/operational knowledge to demonstrate Tablet Command's value in fire settings. Post-sales duties concentrate on training, onboarding, and customer success, ensuring effective product usage across TC Mobile, TC Pro, and TC Web platforms. We are open to hiring in a part-time capacity for those with flexible work schedules who are currently working in the fire service.

The position offers a competitive compensation package including both base salary and a commission structure. Product Support Specialists will be assigned particular accounts for post-sales customer success and will participate in a round-robin system for prospective customer demonstrations.
