Director of Operations
Duties:
- Oversee and manage a team of market directors in multiple locations
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company and brand goals
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, including profit loss and revenue growth
- Provide guidance and support to leadership team, including training, development, and coaching
- Train, coach, and hold accountable Market Directors and Area Coaches for executing the Operating System and delivering Brand Standards including food safety
- Resolution orientated in all Employee Relations (ER) activities; provides needed ER assistance to managers; proactive in addressing ER needs in each market
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient operations and process improvement
- Identify new business opportunities and contribute to business development efforts
- Prepare regular reports on sales activities, performance, and forecasts
- Leverage culture and people capability to fuel brand performance
Qualifications:
- Proven, strong experience in Quick Service Restaurant multi-unit management balancing product quality with fast service times
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed decisions
- Project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Willingness to travel is required
