Sales Lead

Your impact

As a Sales Team Lead, you will play a key role in building, leading and coaching our sales team in a dynamic and competitive environment while developing strategies for market penetration that drive revenue growth.

Your tasks

• Lead and develop a high-performing sales team through targeted coaching, clear objectives and regular performance monitoring (e.g. with KPIs). Provide hands-on deal support wherever necessary - always do what's necessary!

• Identify improvement potential and implement action plans

• Deep understanding of customer needs and providing customised solutions based on our value-driven sales approach

• Motivate, mentor and train your sales team to maintain our fast pace of development

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to win customers and increase revenue

• Analyse market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities

• Work closely with the Product, Marketing and Customer Success teams to fulfil customer requirements and pass on feedback

Your profile

• Master's degree in business administration, marketing or a related subject

• 2-3 years of professional experience as an AE in a SaaS company & at least 1 year in a sales-related management position, preferably also in a SaaS environment

• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets

• Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills

• High motivation, ability to work under pressure and results-orientated approach to work

• Proficiency in both German and English
