(Senior/Staff) Product Manager

Your impact

As a (Senior/Staff) Product Manager, you will play a key role in shaping our product vision and strategy to create future-proof supply chains in the SME sector - the backbone of the European economy. You act at the interface between product management, UX design and software development and coordinate and take responsibility for the further development of our software - from conception to testing and implementation in the product. You identify the needs of our customers and ensure that our software is developed close to the daily business, offers added value for our customers and is commercially successful. You will also have a significant impact on the overall development of Tacto in terms of processes and structures towards an excellent product organisation.

Your tasks

Product vision and strategy: Further develop and implement a comprehensive product strategy and design a long-term product roadmap
Customer-centric prioritisation: Prioritise product ideas in line with our product strategy based on quantitative data and qualitative feedback to ensure that our product creates value for our customers
Product positioning: Position our product in the market by emphasising our unique selling points in line with current market and competitive developments
UX / UI collaboration: Work closely with our UX/UI team and coordinate product discovery by validating ideas and ensuring we develop relevant solutions for our customers
Tech collaboration: Work with our tech team to test new features and empower our engineers for implementation
Stakeholder management: Communicate with stakeholders inside and outside the organisation to develop and test hypotheses
Organisation & structure: Establish processes and structures to make better product decisions

Your profile

You are motivated to build something from the ground up and want to work hands-on with full ownership
You already have more than 2-5 years of experience in product management, ideally in a B2B SaaS environment, and are ambitious to build an excellent product organisation
You have at least 2 years of experience in a dynamic, ambitious environment (e.g. good VC-backed startup, very good tech company)
Ideally experience in a scaling phase of a successful startup or own founding experience
You are passionate about industrial companies, SMEs and supply chains - one of the most complex unsolved problems of our time
You have both a good technical and commercial understanding
You enjoy working with an interdisciplinary, diverse and international team
You have strong communication skills in English and German, both written and verbal
