Skills

  • 2+ years of experience in Customer Success or client-facing role

Responsibilities

  • Act as the key point person and trusted advisor to ICHRA clients
  • Manage a book of business to drive value and ensure client retention
  • Develop an understanding of client goals and align solutions for success
  • Advocate for product improvements and track key account metrics
  • Implement strategies to make complex changes seamless for clients
