Skills
2+ years of experience in Customer Success or client-facing role
Proactive attitude with strong organizational and planning skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience with Hubspot and Microsoft Office Suite
Responsibilities
Act as the key point person and trusted advisor to ICHRA clients
Manage a book of business to drive value and ensure client retention
Develop an understanding of client goals and align solutions for success
Advocate for product improvements and track key account metrics
Implement strategies to make complex changes seamless for clients
