We are currently seeking a talented and motivated individual to join our team as a Talent Acquisition Intern at our Troy, MI location. As a TA Intern at Aptiv, you will work closely with our Talent Acquisition team to support various recruitment initiatives. You will also have the opportunity to learn about our company culture, values, and career development opportunities.

    Summary:

    We are looking for someone who is passionate about talent acquisition and is eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks and priorities.

    Your Role:

    • Interact with candidates and business partners via phone, email and in-person
    • Coordinate multiple areas of the recruiting process, including:
      • Interviews
      • Travel
      • Background checks
      • Offer letters
    • Execute tasks in a fast-paced environment
    • Assist the University Relations team when needed
    • Source candidates via LinkedIn and other outlets

    Your Background:

    • Current student pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Communications, or Business Administration
    • 3.3 minimum GPA
    • 1+ years in Microsoft Office suite
