The Talent Acquisition Lead is to find the best talent to join Influencer supporting recruitment across multiple functional areas and as we scale globally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional levels of customer service to Hiring Managers
- Own the full cycle of the hiring process; job qualification, pro-active sourcing (direct roach via LinkedIn and emails, networking, referrals,) interviewing, selection & closing to working with our Heart Assistant on onboarding
- Provide great candidate and internal customer experience from the application stage to offer
- Communicate effectively with everyone on the hiring team to guarantee alignment on the hiring process
- Monitor and analyze key metrics and KPIs to identify improvement opportunities, support your ideas and share reports with our Head of Heart
- Support recruitment projects such as workshops, employer branding, D&I initiatives
- Deliver an amazing experience for future Influencer team members
- Responsible for the recruitment of a range of roles across all departments
- Managing volumes of between 15-20 vacancies at a time in line with your time to hire metrics
- Managing the full recruitment process from briefing to close
- Responsible for delivering recruitment metrics and reporting on those monthly
Requirements
- 3+ years of successful experience in hiring in-house or agency for fast growing companies
- Experience recruiting for tech and non-tech roles
- Demonstrated skills in building talent pipelines by sourcing and screening inbound applications
- Experience partnering and influencing hiring managers throughout the recruiting cycle
- Excellent at building relationships with internal stakeholders
- Ability to provide exceptional candidate experience
