Talent Acquisition Manager - APAC

Vistex Talent Acquisition Manager, reporting to the Talent Acquisition Director, is responsible for coaching, managing, and mentoring a geographically dispersed team of Talent Acquisition Partners. The TA Manager provides effective leadership, performance benchmarks, analyzes data/metrics, executes comprehensive talent attraction strategies, and understands how to prioritize to meet business objectives. The TA Manager will work closely with the TA Director, HR Business Partners, and business leaders to develop innovative solutions and project plans to meet the organization's hiring needs.

Responsibilities:

• Lead, develop, and coach a high-functioning team of Talent Acquisition Partners to ensure the delivery of a best-in-class hiring experience to our candidates and hiring managers.
• Drive adoption across the team by introducing, monitoring, and measuring KPIs and other mission-critical results.
• Partner with key stakeholders (business leaders, hiring managers, HR Business Partners) to establish timely and accurate headcount forecasting to drive internal and external talent attraction strategies and allow for effective TA resource planning.
• Leverage data and reporting to inform leadership using our applicant tracking system, Excel, PowerPoint, and other technologies or systems.
• Develop effective working relationships with the hiring leaders while seeking to understand their complex and unique talent needs.
• Manage the full recruitment process and candidate workflow through the Applicant Tracking tool - UKG.
• Tracks and measures performance metrics related to recruiting activities to maximize effectiveness.
• Initiates and drives continuous improvement efforts through differentiated process advancements, optimized tools and technology, metrics management, and introducing the latest available technology.
• Oversee the regional Intern program to build a bench of candidates to satisfy growing organizational demands.
• Manage their requisition workload and ensure the business is performing at the desired level.

Experience

• 5 year(s): Experience in technical recruiting, including leadership and mentorship
• Strong knowledge of software development and other related technologies, including SAP - technical recruiting lifecycle and various sourcing methods
• Strong customer service orientation with excellent oral and written communication skills, as well as possess an assertive, outgoing personality
• Ability to maintain confidentiality, remain open to others’ ideas and exhibit willingness to try new things
• Ability to manage priorities and workflow, use time efficiently and operate under immense pressure
• Must be open to changing requirements frequently
• Acute attention to detail
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook
• Ability to deal effectively with a diversity of individuals at all organizational levels

• Experience leading projects throughout a global Talent Acquisition function.
• Knowledge in other areas of HR a plus

• Bachelors or better
