As the Talent Acquisition Manager, you’ll be instrumental in identifying top talent who will help us achieve this mission! Acting as an individual contributor, the Talent Acquisition Manager will own the recruiting program for experienced and campus recruiting for our Washington, DC, and London, England locations. You’ll work closely with leadership to develop and execute a recruiting program that positions Kaiser as an employer of choice. You’ll be responsible for identifying, attracting, and capturing the best talent across a variety of levels in a highly competitive industry.
Responsibilities

Lead and manage full life-cycle recruitment for intern, entry, and senior level roles for Kaiser’s transatlantic business; create and post job descriptions, pre-screen resumes, manage Super Days, collect feedback, conduct background and reference checks, extend and negotiate offers, and collaborate with onboarding to ensure a smooth hiring process.

Assess organization’s hiring needs and collaborate with senior leadership to develop annual workforce planning strategy, including creation of hiring targets, along with recommendations and ideas that contribute to long-term strategic staffing initiatives.

Develop creative and diverse sourcing plans to proactively connect with passive candidates; build and maintain a pipeline of top talent through multiple channels including LinkedIn, job boards, campus recruiting, and other professional networks.

Develop annual campus recruiting strategy for undergraduate fulltime and intern candidates, including determining and cultivating relationships with target schools; plan and execute engaging campus and virtual events; create supporting marketing materials to share Kaiser’s value proposition, and build pipelines of potential talent to engage for future opportunities.

Establish collaborative, customer-focused relationships with hiring managers to creatively and efficiently fill open positions with top talent; conduct regular follow-ups to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implement process improvements for hard-to-fill roles.

Maintain applicant tracking system (JazzHR), including creation of job postings, interview support, referral program, and any other logistical details of the interview process.

Create and distribute monthly recruiting activity reports to senior leadership to evaluate progress made toward hiring targets.

Track, update, and analyze recruitment metrics to measure success and improve effectiveness of the recruiting process.

Support other talent-related firm initiatives.
Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in a business or human resources-related discipline

4+ years of full life cycle recruiting experience of lateral/experienced hires and campus/entry level hire programs.

Experience in a consulting or professional services environment is preferred.

Advanced knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter sourcing techniques

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment with limited supervision.

Ability to effectively manage input and needs of multiple stakeholders.
- Ability to build networks both internally and externally to support recruiting initiatives.

Advanced Microsoft Office expertise including ability to manipulate and present recruiting-related data in Excel and PowerPoint

Strong understanding of Applicant Tracking System setup and management; experience with JazzHR and Handshake is a plus.
