Atlantic Health System is seeking a full-time Talent Acquisition Onboarding Coordinator for the Human Resources department based out of Morristown NJ.

Responsibilities:
The Team:
The Talent Acquisition Operations team is a critical part of integrating new hires into the organization. This teams aims to make employees feel welcome and prepared to start their new opportunity with Atlantic Health System.
The Role:
The Talent Acquisition Operations Coordinator will be part of the Onboarding team assigned to an area of responsibility. They will serve as a coordinator for onboarding team regarding all Clearance, Compliance, and onboarding escalation activities.
Essential Function/Responsibilities:

Ensure great candidate and hiring manager experiences and compliance and completion of all onboarding tasks.

Partner with Clearance & Compliance, onboarding, OMS, Recruiters, Background check vendor and all needed parties on escalations to ensure a compliant and smooth onboarding process

Track escalations to ensure fair and consistent processes

Track and leverage frequent escalation issues to develop process improvements

Partners close with the TA Operations Manager and Recruiting Directors for continuous process improvements.

Participate in process improvement projects

Partner with and manage alerts and communications on every new hire with ISS, EPIC, Nursing Ed, Recruiting, Talent Management and Security.

Ensuring that all activities conform to local, federal, industry and company standards

Identifying and resolving any problems in the production process
Qualifications:
Education:
-
Bachelor’s Degree in HR or other related discipline required
Qualifications:

Strong attention to detail, analytical and critical thinking ability
-
Customer service oriented with exceptional verbal and written communication skills
-
Previous use with iCims or Oracle HCM (preferred)
-
Understanding of recruiting operating procedures and practices, guidelines, HR technology and tools (strongly preferred)

Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results against clearly defined deadlines.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) is required

Good time management, prioritization, and multitasking abilities

Strong technical aptitude

Critical thinking and Project management capability
