The Job:

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner in the United States who can lead our hiring activities across multiple functions including Engineering, Product, Marketing and Sales. You would own end-to-end recruitment from sourcing, scheduling and closing. You must have prior demonstrable experience in hiring for high growth technology start-ups and you must have hired for multiple functions such as engineering/R&D, product management, marketing and sales.


Responsibilities include sourcing, screening and providing a shortlist of qualified candidates for various roles. You will also network online and offline with potential candidates to promote our employer brand, reduce our time-to-hire and ensure we attract the best professionals. You would own sourcing from social media, local job portals, university outreach, etc.


Responsibilities

  • Write and post job descriptions on ATS. Post jobs on local portals. Source candidates.
  • Perform pre-screening calls to analyze applicants’ competencies, using STAR method.
  • Negotiate compensation with candidates
  • Keep candidates engaged from job offer to onboarding
  • Propose creative and effective ways of sourcing candidates, maintaining a good pipeline
  • Create strategies to target diverse candidates
  • Keep track of metrics

Requirements

  • Passionate about people, willing to learn and absorb knowledge in a fast-paced environment
  • Interest in Tech Industry
  • Hunger for learning; the faster to learn, the more challenging responsibilities will be assigned.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases
  • Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g. social media recruiting, Boolean search, LinkedIn)
  • Proven work experience as a recruiter for USA locations.
  • Proven work experience as a recruiter for engineering, product, sales, and marketing (must-have)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Solid understanding of HR practices and labor legislation
  • Bachelor's/master's in human resources management, IT, or relevant degree
