The Talent Acquisition Partner will report to the HR Director of Talent Acquisition and Development.
Essential Functions
- Lead talent strategy in accordance with established processes to ensure hiring talent that aligns with our culture and values.
- Develop, facilitate, and implement all phases of the recruitment process.
- Partner with functional area Executive on hiring budget to forecast pipeline needs.
- Collaborates with the department and hiring managers to identify and draft detailed and accurate job descriptions and hiring criteria.
- Identifies and implements efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies based on the available role, industry standards, and the needs of the organization.
- Conducts regular kickoff and status meetings with hiring and talent teams.
- Manages job posting and advertisement processes.
- Responsible for recruitment of entry level workers (mass recruiting) up to VP level.
- Screens applications and selects qualified candidates.
- Conducts basic phone interviews and documents responses and makes notes and recommendations.
- Schedules interviews; oversees the preparation of interview questions and other hiring and selection materials.
- Collaborates with the HR Director throughout the process and when creating offers for employment.
- Expands resource pools by attending job fairs, building relationships with agencies, networking, and using Social Media tools.
- Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

- Maintenance of a clean and orderly work area.
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field, or equivalent work experience, preferred.
- At least 2-4 years managing all phases of the recruitment and hiring process required.
- Ability to organize and manage 20-30 job requisitions simultaneously.
- Experience with HRIS/ATS Recruitment tools required.
- Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter required.
- HR Certification (SHRM or HRCI) or plans to certify preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with good negotiation tactics.
- Ability to create and implement sourcing strategies for recruitment for a variety of roles.
- Proactive and independent with the ability to take initiative.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with laws, regulations, and best practices applicable to hiring and recruitment.
- Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn applicant-tracking software or other recruitment systems.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
Physical Requirements
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
- Must be willing to travel to Ogden and Salt Lake City offices and other event locations.
