As part of the global Talent Acquisition team, this is a key strategic role within Third Bridge. This role will be critical in identifying and recruiting the best talent into our US Sales team. You will be responsible for working with the local leadership team to design strategic sourcing initiatives, ensuring that robust selection and assessment processes are in place.
With overall responsibility for driving the pipeline generation for our Sales team, you will be passionate about candidate experience and be proactive in promoting our employer brand across the local market via multiple channels.
The core responsibilities of this role include:
Previous experience within a talent acquisition role preferably within the investment & asset management sector where you’ll have successfully sourced sales professionals using multiple channels. We’re looking for a sales recruitment expert who is proactive and self-managing who can develop strong stakeholder relationships and deliver an exceptional candidate experience.
You’ll be the first person that candidates meet in our process, so you’ll need to take pride in everything that you do, sourcing, selecting and assessing top talent for our business.
Of course, you’ll also need excellent communication and presentation skills, able to position yourself as a subject matter expert while also being open to receiving feedback which will help us to continue to improve and evolve as a talent acquisition team.
