Role Description

Our Talent Acquisition team is responsible for finding our most valuable asset: our people. We find and hire the people who will shape our product and our company and Talent Coordinators are the engine that makes the talent acquisition team go. In this role, you’ll handle everything from scheduling interviews to ensuring that candidates have an amazing experience throughout the talent process. We're looking for people who are organized, great at working with people, and have superb decision-making skills. Responsibilities

Your day-in-the-life as a Talent Coordinator:
Schedule phone screens, virtual interviews, and post-interview debrief meetings
Partner with recruiters, hiring managers, and interviewers to facilitate accurate and seamless coordination
Create a meaningful candidate experience through effective and timely communication
Triage ad-hoc issues, such as scheduling conflicts, interviewer delays/no shows, and day-of technical hitches
Support inter-team and cross-functional projects
Requirements

You will be successful in this role if you:
Have 2+ years of prior experience as a Recruiting Coordinator or HR Coordinator and are (preferably) familiar with tools like Google Workspace, Greenhouse, GoodTime, and Zoom
Possess outstanding oral/written communication, organization, and attention to detail
Lead with a candidate-centric mindset
Understand and adapt to changing/conflicting priorities
Channel creative and proactive approaches to problem-solving
Embrace evolving environments with a positive attitude
Thrive as a self-starter and navigate ambiguity with confidence
Act with integrity when handling sensitive and confidential information
Enjoy building and maintaining strong relationships
Aspire to optimize processes and increase operational efficiencies

Total Rewards

For candidates hired in the following locations: Austin (TX) metro, Chicago metro, Colorado, Massachusetts, Maryland, Oregon, Washington D.C. metro, California (outside SF metro), the expected salary/On-Target Earnings (OTE) range for the role is currently $71,600 - $84,200 - $96,800.

For candidates hired in the following locations: Arizona, Florida, Georgia, Illinois (outside Chicago Metro), North Carolina, Tennessee, Texas (outside Austin Metro), Virginia (outside D.C. Metro), the expected salary/On-Target Earnings (OTE) range for the role is currently $63,700 - $74,900 - $86,100.

Range(s) is subject to change. Dropbox takes a number of factors into account when determining individual starting pay, including job and level they are hired into, location/metropolitan area, skillset, and peer compensation. Dropbox uses the zip code of an employee’s remote work location to determine which metropolitan pay range we use.

Salary/OTE is just one component of Dropbox’s total rewards package. All regular employees are also eligible for the corporate bonus program or a sales incentive (target included in OTE) as well as stock in the form of Restricted Stock Units (RSUs).
