The impact you will have in this role:
Being a member of the Organizational Development Team, the Talent Development Associate will specialize in the analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation of functional and technical skill development. Some team members are aligned to specific Business Units while others play a more universal role to help define and drive the global learning processes. In addition, the Talent Development Associate will strategically focus on building capabilities needed to achieve the businesses strategic goals with an eye toward building future skills needed for business evolution and growth.
Your Primary Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage standardized OD processes or protocols that align with broader HR and organizational policy
- Leverage instructional design skills to analyze needs, design, develop and deploy both formal and informal development solutions, and evaluate program effectiveness
- Mitigate risk by following established procedures, spotting key errors, and demonstrating strong ethical behavior
- Administer systems (LMS and/or HRIS) through supporting activities (testing, maintaining data, reporting, etc.)
- Create and deliver timely communications for OD processes, programs, meetings, or events through appropriate channels
- Assemble, review, and produce reports in response to regulatory inquiries, audit action items, and client requests
- Plan, organize, and coordinate tasks to effectively address items of the highest importance first, raising issues in a timely manner
- Manage multiple assignments simultaneously, delivering consistently high quality solutions on time

Qualifications:
- Minimum 4 years of related experience
- Bachelor's degree (preferred) or equivalent experience
- Contribute new insights and alternative approaches
- Present information clearly in writing and orally in larger group settings
- Effectively manages with high levels of pressure from across the organization
- Collaborate well within and across teams
- Take personal accountability to drive work forward
Talents Needed for Success:
- Manage larger projects, multiple projects simultaneously, or a program consisting of similar projects which may span over a longer period; projects may span multiple clients within a business unit
- Consistently maintain high levels of productivity across multiple projects and/or programs for self, and team
- Consistently assess tasks and/ or projects to be able to respond to partner requests in an accurate, timely and professional manner; raise issues when appropriate
- Select and/or use data visualization techniques (for example: flow charts, graphs, and word clouds); analyze and interpret results of data analyses to identify patterns, trends, and relationships
- Develop learning objectives and evaluate how the course met those objectives; elicit information from subject matter experts to develop instructional content, solutions, and storyboards; implement strategies to increase learner engagement. Demonstrate awareness of current training plans and program materials; develop an understanding of how they respond to specific department or area needs and impact the organization’s ability to be successful
