Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced WordPress designer/developer with management skills to oversee the entire website creation process from concept to launch. This role involves not only using strong visual design skills and expert-level WordPress development abilities but also managing a team of developers and designers. You will be responsible for guiding your team through the website building process using Elementor page builder, ensuring high-quality outputs and meeting client expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of developers and designers, providing guidance, support, and direction to ensure effective team performance and project success.

• Use Elementor page builder to create attractive website designs based on client requests and ideas, while also overseeing your team's design efforts.

• Design and review aesthetically pleasing page templates, layouts, graphics, icons, etc., ensuring all elements meet high standards of visual appeal and functionality.

• Customize and oversee the customization of Elementor widgets and components to match specific visual design needs.

• Develop or supervise the development of new custom widgets in Elementor for specialized functions.

• Integrate third-party plugins like forms, ecommerce, etc., into the Elementor site, and ensure seamless integration by the team.

• Follow and enforce SEO best practices in site design and content, guiding the team in these areas.

• Conduct and oversee thorough testing of sites across different devices and browsers, addressing any issues that arise.

• Optimize and supervise optimization of images, site speed, and overall performance.

• Provide training and documentation to clients on using Elementor, and ensure your team is capable of doing the same.

• Manage project timelines, delegate tasks effectively, and maintain open communication with team members and clients.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience building websites with Elementor page builder.

• Proven experience in managing a team of developers and designers.

• Excellent visual design skills to create and oversee the creation of appealing sites directly in Elementor.

• Strong knowledge of typography, color, layout, composition, visual hierarchy.

• Ability to quickly turn client requests into beautiful, functional Elementor pages and guide your team to do the same.

• Know WordPress standards and web development best practices, and ensure these are upheld by the team.

• Strong English communication skills to collaborate with team members and clients.

• Careful attention to detail for both visual design and web standards.

• Skilled at efficiently building complex pages in Elementor and managing time and resources effectively.
