** This is not a remote role. Must be local to Miami, FL **

Summary of the role:

The Talent Management Intern will support the Talent Management team with the administration, organization, research, and delivery of high quality training programs (internal and external), Development Centers, Workday administration, Engagement, Mentor Program, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, and other duties as assigned.

The role will occasionally require the incumbent to modify methods and procedures or plan and establish new methods and procedures.

In this role you'll:

  • Maintains a high level of technical knowledge of the Amadeus Learning Management System in order to manage curriculum delivery and provide the highest quality of training to employees. This includes, but is not limited to, creating Scheduled course offerings in the LMS, campaign administration, data compilation, and running Management Information Reports on training offerings.
  • Assists with the research and assessment of training programs to identify specific training offerings as requested by Amadeus teams, both internally and externally.
  • Provide administrative support for online training requests in LinkedIn Learning and Pluralsight, completing license requests and responding to all training inquiries.
  • Maintain Talent Management SharePoint site and TM Americas Neo pages: Americas Learning Hub, Americas Mentor Page and Americas DEI page.
  • Manage the logistics of classroom and WebEx trainings, i.e., reserves classroom, prepares physical room set up and ensures all training materials are provided.
  • Provide support for Virtual events, such as New Manager Training, Development Centers, the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion program, Mentor Program, etc.
  • Maintain and manage the Training Calendar on the Talent Management SharePoint site.
  • Inform Internal Communications of upcoming Course offerings.
  • Monitor the Talent Management Inbox and respond to inquiries.
  • Processes Training Requests.
  • Prepares training expense reports and statements for Accounting processing.
  • Maintains Training data required for Internal audits.
  • Assist in the preparation of quarterly KPIs and Engagement Reports.
  • May perform other duties as requested or assigned

About the Ideal Candidate:

  • Recent graduate or currently enrolled in a University 4 year degree program, majoring in Human Resources or Talent Management preferred.
  • Must have career aspirations in Employee Development.
  • Course work in Talent Management, Organization Development or other HR related disciplines.
  • Previous experience a plus but not required.
  • Must have a basic understanding of how businesses operate and budget management.
  • Excellent skills in Excel, PPT, and Word
  • Proficient in English; Spanish and French a plus but not required
  • Knowledge of Employee Development and Organizational Development
  • Excellent customer service/ interpersonal skills and vendor relationship skills
  • Good presentation skills
  • Excellent analytical skills.
  • Job requires walking, bending, standing, sitting, talking, and many hours looking at a computer screen.
  • Incumbent must have a desire to learn and be a team player.
  • Must be results oriented, customer focused and have a drive for excellence.
  • Must be proactive and adaptable, with a deep concern for accuracy.
  • Analytical skills are a must.
  • 10% travel to Destinations Amadeus sites
