About the role:

The Talent Management Specialist helps create and administer talent management programs that evaluate, measure, and improve employee performance.

Job Requirements:

  • Assists with the development, implementation, and administration of talent management programs that are strategically linked to Premise Health’s mission, vision, and values.
  • Collaborates with other human resources and business teams to communicate and evaluate programs.
  • Creates key deliverables, reports, communications, learning materials, and other support resources.
  • Assists with the identification of talent gaps, current and emerging skills, competencies, and behaviors required to achieve desired organizational results and prepare for future needs.
  • Creates and maintains applicable internal documentation, intranet pages and resource materials for leaders and team members.
  • Administers the company’s performance management and goal setting processes.
  • Assists with the development of leader and team member facing communications and presentation materials.
  • Supports the development of talent management resources to support internal colleagues (i.e. HR Business Partners).

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required

Experience:

  • 3+ years of related work experience

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Ability to partner effectively with stakeholders across the organization.
  • Effective written and verbal communication with strong story telling skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and conflicting priorities and maintain flexibility
  • Ability to take a concept from idea to completion
  • Strong time management, organizational skills, and attention to detail

Compensation is between $60,000 to $70,000 annually. Premise offers a comprehensive benefits package to all full-time team members including Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, Paid Time Off, Paid Holidays, annual CEU/CME allowance, and Tuition Reimbursement. Benefits offered to part-time team members include 401K, Paid Time Off, Paid Holidays and annual CEU/CME allowance. PRN team members may also enroll in 401K.
