Contract Manager

Job Summary: We are currently seeking an experienced Contract Manager with a strong background in commercial contract negotiation and vendor management. The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of experience and a proven track record of working independently to assess risks and manage contracts effectively. This role requires a creative and solution-oriented individual who is comfortable with CLM software and has experience in creating training materials and clause libraries.

• Negotiate and manage commercial contracts, focusing on sales and vendor agreements.
• Independently assess and mitigate risks associated with contract terms and conditions.
• Manage the entire contract lifecycle using CLM (Contract Lifecycle Management) software tools.
• Draft training materials and conduct comprehensive training sessions for company-wide staff.
• Develop and maintain a clause library to streamline the contract creation process.
• Employ creative problem-solving skills to address contract-related challenges.

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in negotiating commercial contracts, with some experience in vendor contracts.
• Strong ability to work independently and assess contractual risks.
• Proficiency in managing contracts through CLM software.
• Experience in drafting training materials and leading company-wide training initiatives.
• Skilled in creating and maintaining a clause library.
