FundApps is a SaaS scaleup that helps investment managers monitor and comply with worldwide regulations. We were one of the world's first "RegTechs" and we're shaking up an entire industry. Our clients love what we do (Net Promoter Scores of over 50) and this has lead to phenomenal and consistent revenue growth.

Our first area of focus was to help managers with Shareholding Disclosure, a complex regulatory problem without a decent solution in the market. We were first to licence legal information from aosphere, an affiliate of Allen & Overy, which underpins some of our rule packages. Since that time, our product has become the undisputed market leader for the management of Shareholding Disclosure. We have also added new ground-breaking services - Sensitive Industries and Position Limits - and in 2020, have introduced Rapportr to make reporting simple for our clients.

We've won multiple accolades from organisations such as Wired, The Financial Technologist, World Economic Forum and Deloitte. In total we monitor over $14 trillion in assets under management every single day - this represents ca. 15% of global assets! Better yet, we're just getting started! We have had huge success to date and with a massive addressable global market we're embarking on a journey of exciting growth ahead.

We are a growing team of FundAppers with 100 people and over 30 nationalities at last count. We have offices in London, New York and Singapore and remote employees spread across the globe. In 2018, we became a Certified B Corporation and in 2019 were recognised as a B Corp 'Best for the World' Honoree - highlighting our commitment to doing good by our people, the environment and the community.

In 2021, Scottish Equity Partners completed a significant growth equity investment in FundApps, becoming a long term partner to drive continued product innovation and support further expansion of our international client base.

The role

Our People Operations (nicknamed POPS internally) team is growing! Reporting to the People Operations Manager, you’ll support all sales, client services, operations and regulatory recruitment across FundApps, including sourcing, branding, recruitment and employer/agency partnerships. You’ll be excited by continuously looking for creative ways to improve the recruitment process to adapt to our growing team and business. You care deeply about diversity and inclusion and will play a key part in educating hiring teams and partnering with agencies, job boards and hiring platforms that support our initiatives.

What you’ll be working on

    • You’ll define and deliver our hiring strategy to attract and onboard new FundAppers in our sales, client services, operations and regulatory teams.
    • You’ll build a world-class candidate experience that aligns with our values and manage the recruitment cycle from advertising to onboarding.
    • You’ll partner with team leaders to understand hiring needs, build sourcing strategies and scout talent globally across job platforms.
    • You’ll manage relationships with agencies, hiring platforms and organize recruitment events.
    • You’ll analyse talent metrics to find scalable improvements in how we recruit the top tech and business talent globally.
    • Deliver at pace, but never at the expense of a personable and authentic experience.

What you’ll bring to the team

    • Demonstrable commercial recruitment experience in an in-house generalist HR, recruitment or talent agency role requiring partnership with hiring managers.
    • Flawless written and verbal communication skills and be comfortable talking with people at all levels.
    • An expert relationship-builder - with hiring managers, agencies, industry reps and candidates.
    • Ability to analyse data and metrics of success with an eye for detail.

Bonus Points

    • Experience using an ATS (ex. Lever, Workable, Greenhouse)
    • Experience using Slack
    • Experience managing agency relationships and using hiring platforms
    • Master of GIFs, emojis and HR/recruitment puns

Salary:
$80,000-90,000 dependent on skills and experience
