About Us

We are a leading recruitment agency on a growth path, dedicated to enhancing client partnerships through a new HR Outsourced Partner Program. Our goal is to extend HR expertise as a managed service, empowering our clients with a strategic, compliant, and efficient approach to workforce management. 

We’re looking for either a Part-Time or Full-time experienced WFH HR Business Partner to establish this new program, build out the business unit’s systems and processes, and lead a high-performing team. This role offers the unique opportunity to create and scale a division from the ground up while significantly impacting our clients' businesses.

Role Overview

As the HR Business Partner, you’ll be responsible for shaping the HR Outsourced Partner Program to meet client needs, driving the development of HR processes and best practices, and setting up systems for operational excellence. In this strategic leadership role, you will recruit, build, and manage a team, ensuring the program’s scalability and alignment with our clients' business goals. A thorough understanding of HR laws and compliance standards across both Australia and New Zealand is essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop and Implement HR Processes and Systems

  • Design and establish core HR processes, workflows, and systems that align with the HR Outsourced Partner Program objectives.
  • Standardize HR policies, onboarding procedures, and operational frameworks for consistency and quality control.
  • Establish compliance protocols to meet employment regulations across Australia and New Zealand, adapting processes to client needs.

2. Program Development and Strategic Planning   - 

  • Drive the development of the HR outsourcing program, including initial program design, client onboarding systems, service delivery frameworks, and quality assurance protocols.
  • Collaborate with senior management to create a strategic roadmap for program scalability, client acquisition, and continuous improvement.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of each client’s business model, industry, and workforce needs to tailor HR services effectively.

3. Team Building and Leadership

  • Recruit, train, and lead a team of HR professionals dedicated to delivering high-quality outsourced HR solutions to clients.
  • Create a supportive and collaborative team culture focused on client satisfaction, compliance, and operational excellence.
  • Develop career paths and mentorship opportunities within the team to promote growth, professional development, and retention.

4. Client Relationship Management and Strategic Advising

  • Serve as the senior HR partner to clients, providing strategic insights, HR solutions, and guidance on HR best practices tailored to their industry.
  • Maintain a client-centric approach, regularly gathering feedback, assessing satisfaction, and adapting service offerings to meet evolving needs.
  • Facilitate regular client meetings eithier virtually or in person and provide transparent updates, performance metrics, and consultative support to enhance client engagement and trust.

5. Policy Development, Compliance, and Risk Management

  • Ensure that all HR practices within the program adhere to legal standards and compliance requirements across Australia and New Zealand.
  • Proactively monitor regulatory changes, advising clients on their impact and updating HR policies and processes as needed.
  • Establish and implement risk management practices to mitigate potential HR-related risks for both the agency and clients.

6. Performance Management and Continuous Improvement

  • Define success metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) for the HR Outsourced Partner Program and establish regular reporting.
  • Use data and client feedback to evaluate program performance, team effectiveness, and client satisfaction, making adjustments as necessary.
  • Conduct regular reviews of processes, tools, and service standards to ensure ongoing improvements in efficiency, client satisfaction, and scalability.



Qualifications

  • Experience: Minimum of 5+ years in HR management, ideally within a recruitment, outsourcing, or consulting environment, with proven experience in developing HR systems and leading HR teams. Our clients are predominantly B2B businesses in the Wholesale, Manufacturing and Distribution sectors.
  • HR Law Proficiency: Comprehensive knowledge of HR laws and regulations across Australia and New Zealand, with expertise in ensuring compliance in diverse business environments.
  • Adaptability & Versatility: Required to work with multiple businesses simultaneously across multiple industries and business sizes
  • Strategic Thinking and Process Development: Ability to develop scalable HR programs, with experience in creating structured processes, systems, and best practices for an HR service offering.
  • Leadership and Team Development: Proven success in building, leading, and motivating a high-performing HR team, with a focus on professional development and operational excellence.
  • Client-Focused Mindset: Strong client relationship management skills, with the ability to provide strategic insights and build trusted partnerships.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, able to clearly convey complex ideas to clients and team members alike.
  • Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. HR certification (e.g., AHRI, SHRM) is an advantage.
