About the Role:
An exciting opportunity has emerged at InfraCloud due to the maturity and evolution of our People & Culture team. We are looking for an HR Specialist to join our team and manage some of the Talent Service Operations activities.
As a HR Operations Specialist, you are required to provide exceptional service as the first point of contact for all our Infranauts. This includes evaluating and analyzing the request or concern, quickly interpreting the situation, determining the appropriate resolution or escalation, and communicating the resolution to our Infranauts,, consistent with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) core responsibilities. In this role, you will also be responsible for the employee life cycle from Onboarding to Offboarding, maintaining updated Infranauts records be it manually or on the system. Additionally, you will have to document issue resolution thoroughly and in a timely manner and together with this, you are required to process transactions and requests for onboarding, internal movement, offboarding and document management.
To be successful in this role, you should have a good understanding of the employee life cycle and knowledge of labor legislation.
Ultimately, you will foster a healthy workplace by ensuring our HR procedures run smoothly at all times.
What You Will Do:
- Maintaining an HR system (HROne) with accurate and updated information and experience working in more than one HRIS system would be an added advantage.
- Manage the new hire Onboarding process.
- Prepares the compensation and benefits budget, including the regular monitoring, reporting and adjusting of the budget
- Coordinates C&B processes like the salary planning, bonus planning, new benefits introduction, etc.
- Design policies to close gaps in the compensation of employees (introducing the internal equity at affordable costs)
- Assist with the compliance and governance of compensation and benefits policies and programs, monitor market trends, identify risks, perform audits, and provide solutions
- Demonstrate excellent customer service through using effective communication skills in written and verbal interactions.
- Are comfortable working independently/with minimum supervision and interacting with employees at all levels across the globe.
- Responsible for Analyzing & identifying the compensation data against compensation policies and reporting any gaps in the existing processes and policies to increase overall effectiveness.
- Effective and timely handling of increment review cycles along with HR Leader/Manager.
- Managing reports requests from stakeholders.
- Communicate and walk-through processes and other relevant documentation to Infranauts to resolve the query/ issue
- Assist with data correction or escalate to your Manager, specifically for issues that cannot be resolved through self-service
- Manage administrative responsibilities for Talent Service and Operations team, within the agreed SLAs.
- Collect data to prepare management reports, as needed.
- Ability to analyze data, understand trends, and develop recommendations for action based on the analysis.
- Deliver high-quality, professional service to all the stakeholders
- Follow Standard Operating Procedures
- Assist with internal and external audits.
- This position will be reporting to the Senior Manager - Talent Service and Operations.
What you will Need :
- Master’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 6- 8 years of experience in HR Operations, Data Analysis and dashboards in Excel.
- A comprehensive and proven experience in fast paced, collaborative working environment
- Good knowledge on employment laws of India
- Strong understanding of Compensation Structure, including statutory requirements
- Strong analytical & numerical skills.
- Should have attention to details and problem-solving skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate and work effectively within the team.

- Good communication skills both written and verbal.
- Knowledge of MS-Office, especially Excel is a must. Advanced level excel is an added advantage.
