The Role
We’re seeking a bright and ambitious Group Content Manager with exceptional writing skills to lead and execute engaging content to grow our group including Talentful, HIGHER, and Talentverse.
You will partner with the Head of Marketing and outsourced partners to create quality and informative content including but not limited to in-depth industry reports, blog posts, case studies, newsletters, whitepapers, online and printed marketing materials, sales documents, email copy, press releases, awards entries, and video descriptions. We have a plethora of content, part of the role will be keeping this up-to-date and refreshing website content to ensure quality remains high.
Our expertise is centered around Talent Acquisition and Technology across the globe. You need to be comfortable writing with clarity on complex subjects and taking the lead when working with stakeholders to ensure output is aligned with our tone of voice and content pillars.
Reporting to the Head of Marketing, the ideal candidate is curious and analytical, has a natural affinity for working cross-functionally, and has the confidence to work autonomously. Experience in TA or technology isn’t essential, however, an ability to adapt, learn, and a keen attention to detail are crucial to be successful.
What you will do around here?
You’ll partner with various stakeholders internally and externally to deliver compelling content that drives brand awareness, growth, and lead generation.
Work closely with the Head of Marketing to develop a content strategy and content pillars to drive engagement across our target audiences and geographies.
Executive and activate across all forms of content, ensuring they’re delivered to the highest possible standards.
Own our voice and work with the CRM Executive, Producer, and rest of the marketing function to ensure alignment across all channels.
Own and drive the creation of our annual reports including the Talent100 and The State of TA, working with external providers to deliver a quality result.
Use data to drive improvement and the direction of our content while analyzing user behavior to ensure conversion as necessary.
Stay up-to-date with the latest in technology and TA, content trends, and developments in SEO to ensure our content is always high-performing.
Collaborate with SMEs across the business to build compelling content from their insights and experience.
