What we’re doing is super complex, both in terms of business context and the tech required. In addition, our business is growing rapidly, both in user count and team size. In this role on our team, you’ll work directly with our CEO to ensure we can scale at the rate we need to.
This is the kind of role which involves constantly learning new things. You will need to become deeply familiar with all sides of our business model, every function on our team, and the specifics of a wide range of external relationships. You’ll build an appreciation for all the different challenges an early-stage company faces, as well as become super well-versed in US healthcare.

Become an expert in the world of medication access, ranging from how every relevant type of health insurance process works to how GoodRx coupons work under the hood
Support business development and external relationships:
Managing our CRM of external relationships
Handling direct email communication with partners
Creating presentations for external meetings
Attending and summarizing meetings
Support the growth of our team and events:
Coordinate key aspects of our recruiting process (e.g., onsite interview days) and onboarding for new team members (including IT equipment and access)
Plan and prepare for team-wide meetings and events (e.g., All Hands, off-sites)
Manage our new office, taking care of furniture, setup, stocking, etc.
Manage the performance of virtual assistants that handle routine operational tasks (e.g., scheduling, candidate application screening, food ordering)
Have experience in a role that requires analytical problem solving, operational rigor, and outcome ownership, either full-time or through formal internships
Know how to deal with ambiguous problems
Know how to work with complex data
Are pragmatic and can see the bigger picture
Are high output and bias towards action

Our salary ranges are based on paying competitively for our company’s size and industry, and are one part of the total compensation package that also includes equity, benefits, and other opportunities at Tandem. Individual pay decisions are ultimately based on a number of factors, including qualifications for the role, experience level, skillset, geography, and balancing internal equity.
