About the role

What we’re doing is super complex, both in terms of business context and the tech required. It requires understanding the intricacies of health insurance rules, archaic healthcare systems, and what makes experiences effective for patients, providers, and pharmacies. In this role on our team, you’ll become deeply familiar with all of the above, as well as directly support our partners.

This is the kind of role which involves constantly learning new things. Your work will directly support providers in using Tandem for their patients, across both large organizations and private practices. In addition, you will help us define our onboarding processes and inform our product design. You’ll build an appreciation for all the different challenges an early-stage company faces, as well as become super well-versed in US healthcare.

This is especially important in healthcare, where the problems affect everyone differently and disproportionately impact people in underserved communities. If you join, you will:

  • Become an expert in the world of medication access, ranging from how every relevant type of health insurance process works to how GoodRx coupons work under the hood

  • Directly build and manage relationships with provider partners, including:

    • Onboarding providers and their teams to use tandem for their patients

    • Helping large provider groups roll tandem out across their offices smoothly

    • Digging into our data to understand and monitor partnership performance

  • Collaborate with the rest of our team to prioritize product development as we balance supporting providers with building a long-term profitable business

We’ll be most excited if you:
