Join Our Team as an Enrollment Coordinator!
We are seeking a motivated Enrollment Coordinator to join our team! You will oversee the member enrollment process, managing applications, verifying eligibility, and maintaining records. As the primary contact for enrollment inquiries, you’ll ensure a smooth onboarding experience and provide excellent customer service to new and potential members.
What You’ll Get To Do
Member Enrollment:
Process membership applications promptly and accurately
Verify eligibility and completeness of enrollment forms
Conduct follow-up communications to obtain any missing information
Assist prospective members with the application process, providing guidance and responding to inquiries
Data Management:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date membership records in the database
Ensure confidentiality and security of member information
Generate and analyze enrollment reports to identify trends and areas for improvement
Customer Service:
Interact with members via phone, chat, and email
Address and resolve any enrollment-related issues or concerns
Provide information about membership benefits, policies, and procedures
Coordination and Communication:
Collaborate with the Enrollment Manager and other departments to streamline the enrollment process
Communicate with external partners and stakeholders as needed
Assist in developing and updating enrollment materials and resources
Compliance and Quality Assurance:
Ensure all enrollment activities comply with company policies and regulatory requirements
Participate in regular training to stay updated on changes in policies and procedures
Conduct quality checks to ensure accuracy and consistency in the enrollment process
What You’ll Bring To The Team
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service, administrative, or enrollment role
Experience in the healthcare or membership-based industry is a plus
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite/Google tool suite and database management
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends as needed
Bilingual skills may be required depending on the member demographic
