Join Our Team as an Enrollment Coordinator!

We are seeking a motivated Enrollment Coordinator to join our team! You will oversee the member enrollment process, managing applications, verifying eligibility, and maintaining records. As the primary contact for enrollment inquiries, you’ll ensure a smooth onboarding experience and provide excellent customer service to new and potential members.

What You’ll Get To Do

  • Member Enrollment:

    • Process membership applications promptly and accurately

    • Verify eligibility and completeness of enrollment forms

    • Conduct follow-up communications to obtain any missing information

    • Assist prospective members with the application process, providing guidance and responding to inquiries

  • Data Management:

    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date membership records in the database

    • Ensure confidentiality and security of member information

    • Generate and analyze enrollment reports to identify trends and areas for improvement

  • Customer Service:

    • Interact with members via phone, chat, and email

    • Address and resolve any enrollment-related issues or concerns

    • Provide information about membership benefits, policies, and procedures

  • Coordination and Communication:

    • Collaborate with the Enrollment Manager and other departments to streamline the enrollment process

    • Communicate with external partners and stakeholders as needed

    • Assist in developing and updating enrollment materials and resources

  • Compliance and Quality Assurance:

    • Ensure all enrollment activities comply with company policies and regulatory requirements

    • Participate in regular training to stay updated on changes in policies and procedures

    • Conduct quality checks to ensure accuracy and consistency in the enrollment process

What You’ll Bring To The Team

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service, administrative, or enrollment role

  • Experience in the healthcare or membership-based industry is a plus

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite/Google tool suite and database management

  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends as needed

  • Bilingual skills may be required depending on the member demographic
