1. Monitor and enforce all security protocols within the store to ensure the safety of guests and team members.
2. Conduct regular patrols of the store to identify and address any potential safety hazards or security breaches.
3. Utilize surveillance equipment to monitor for any suspicious or criminal activity.
4. Respond promptly and appropriately to any security incidents or emergencies.
5. Collaborate with store management to develop and implement safety and security procedures.
6. Train and educate team members on safety and security protocols and procedures.
7. Conduct thorough investigations of any security incidents and provide written reports.
8. Work closely with law enforcement and other external agencies as needed.
9. Maintain accurate and organized records of security incidents and measures taken.
10. Continuously assess and improve security measures to ensure the highest level of safety for guests and team members.
11. Monitor and control access to restricted areas and merchandise.
12. Proactively identify potential risks and make recommendations for prevention.
13. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in security technology.
14. Represent the company in a professional and respectful manner at all times.
15. Maintain a strong understanding of Target's values and commitment to providing a safe and enjoyable shopping experience.

Job Qualifications

• Experience In Security Or Loss Prevention: Candidates Should Have Previous Experience In Security Or Loss Prevention, Preferably In A Retail Setting. This Will Demonstrate An Understanding Of Safety Protocols And Risk Management.
