1. Lead and manage a team of food and beverage employees, providing guidance, support, and direction.
2. Ensure that all team members are trained and knowledgeable in food safety and company policies and procedures.
3. Monitor and maintain quality control of all food and beverage products, including freshness, presentation, and availability.
4. Develop and implement efficient and effective operational processes to ensure smooth and timely service.
5. Create and maintain a positive and welcoming atmosphere for guests, ensuring exceptional customer service at all times.
6. Collaborate with other departments to coordinate and plan food and beverage offerings for special events and promotions.
7. Manage inventory and ordering of food and beverage products, ensuring adequate stock levels while minimizing waste and loss.
8. Oversee the cleanliness and maintenance of the food and beverage area, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
9. Conduct regular performance evaluations for team members and provide coaching and feedback for improvement.
10. Stay updated on industry trends, new products, and customer preferences to continually improve the food and beverage offerings.
