  1. Develop and implement strategies to attract top talent to the company, including utilizing various recruitment methods and platforms.
  2. Conduct interviews and screen candidates to ensure they meet the company's standards and culture fit.
  3. Collaborate with hiring managers to create job descriptions and define job requirements.
  4. Develop and manage the company's onboarding and training program for new hires.
  5. Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
  6. Handle employee relations issues and conduct investigations when necessary.
  7. Create and maintain HR metrics and reports to track employee engagement, turnover, and other key performance indicators.
  8. Develop and execute employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive and inclusive company culture.
  9. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve HR processes and policies.
  10. Assist in the development and implementation of performance management systems.
  11. Collaborate with other HR team members to ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations.
  12. Participate in the development and execution of diversity and inclusion initiatives.
  13. Act as a coach and advisor to managers and employees on career development and growth opportunities.
  14. Handle any other HR-related tasks and projects as assigned by the HR manager or company leadership.
