Financial Business Development Representative

We are seeking a Financial BDR to join our growing team. You will be responsible for selling hedging solutions for a variety of key commodities, including metals, fuels, and agricultural produce. While experience in commodities is not required, if you have at least 1 year of sales experience, a drive to succeed, and an interest in financial markets, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and build new client relationships with businesses looking for risk management and hedging solutions
  • Sell tailored financial products related to hedging for metals, fuels, and agricultural commodities
  • Work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide suitable solutions to mitigate risks
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets, with the opportunity to earn substantial commissions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure clients receive world-class service and expertise
  • Stay informed on market trends and financial product offerings to provide clients with cutting-edge solutions

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of sales experience, ideally in a financial or client-facing role
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented personality with a passion for success
  • Ability to work under pressure and thrive in a target-driven environment
  • Interest in the financial markets and a willingness to learn about commodity hedging
