JOIN OUR MARKETING TEAMS IN OUR NEWLY OPEN OFFICE IN THE HEART OF MILAN

The Marketing team at adidas drives cross-category campaigns, building brand momentum across running, football, and training. We implement seasonal strategies, manage sponsorship activations, and foster key athlete and partner relationships. Our efforts focus on engaging Gen Z consumers and ensuring the visibility of the organisation across various touchpoints.

 

We oversee product supply, athlete performance tracking, and event participation while managing impactful campaigns that elevate brand recognition. Additionally, we focus on developing young talent for future events like the 2028 Olympic Games and track performance metrics to optimize CRM activities and boost brand loyalty.

GROW YOUR CAPABILITIES THROUGH MEANINGFUL TASKS & PROJECTS  

  • Activate and manage athlete and partner sponsorships, including product supply, performance tracking, retainer and bonus payments, and event participation.
  • Implement seasonal marketing plans aligned with global and local strategies, organizing events and activations to boost brand visibility.
  • Support cross-category campaigns, focusing on running, football, and Gen Z engagement, while refreshing communication touchpoints.
  • Assist in managing activation projects and developing communication tools across online and offline platforms.
  • Track KPIs, prepare reports, and optimize CRM activities to drive campaign success.
  • Build a portfolio of young athletes, focusing on talent for the 2028 Olympic Games.

 

WHAT WOULD MAKE YOU A MATCH

  • Competent in Microsoft packages (PowerPoint and Excel)
  • Strong communication and professional Relationship-building
  • Detail-oriented and process-driven.
  • Effective team player and the ability to work independently.
  • Strong influencing skills and fact-based decision-making.

  • Knowledge of digital media and social marketing strategies would be a bonus!
  • Enrolled as a full-time student for the complete duration of the internship  
  • Students in their last year of bachelor’s degree or master’s Degree
  • Availability for the full duration of the internship from March 2025 – September 2025 
  • Ability to relocate to Milan for the full duration of the internship
