Client Success Manager

Tarro is looking for a Client Success Manager to work with restaurant clients to optimize their businesses leveraging technology.

Skills

  • Native fluency in Mandarin Chinese and professional fluency in English
  • Strong project management skills
  • Creative problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • 2-3 years of experience in customer success or similar client-facing roles in B2B business
  • Technical proficiency to explain technical processes to non-tech-savvy clients

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned clients
  • Drive product adoption and client satisfaction
  • Serve as main point of contact between clients and the Tarro team
  • Strategize with clients to connect their business goals with Tarro products and services
  • Ensure clients realize the full potential of Tarro products and services
  • Document and escalate critical issues for resolution
  • Provide customer recommendations for product/service improvements
  • Share best practices with team members to enhance overall client support quality
