Tatari is hiring a Data Analyst, BI with 0 - 3 years of experience. Based in United States - San Francisco, CA and with Hybrid ways of working.Job description and responsibilities:As a member of our Data Science team, you will have the chance to improve marketing strategies for Tatari clients. You will develop compelling and actionable insights through quantitative analysis, innovative thinking, and storytelling with data. This role collaborates closely with our client services and media buying teams, with the ultimate goal of helping Tatari redefine the TV ad buying experience.Responsibilities:• Fulfill requests from the marketing, client services and media buying teams, from customizing data dashboards on Tableau to fulfilling operational requirements• Build reports and data visualizations to support stakeholders• Provide ad-hoc data analysis, use data to identify and forecast trends, conduct deep-dive quantitative analyses to optimize KPIs• Transform business problems into solvable analytics problems, and provide recommendations to stakeholders• Automate data-driven tasks. Develop and deploy new tools for automated reporting and decision-making.• Work closely within a team of highly experienced, analytically-inclined professionalsRequirements and qualifications:Qualifications:• Bachelor’s in an analytical field (e.g., Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, Business, Finance, etc.)• 1-3 years of relevant work experience• 1+ years of in-depth experience with Tableau• Experience with Data Manipulation Software (e.g., SQL, Python, Pandas)• Ability to manipulate, analyze, and interpret large amounts of data and to organize findings and translate into actionable insights using original or innovative techniques• Steadfast focus on the details, while keeping strategic priorities top-of-mind• Radiate positivity and possess a “can-do” attitude• Strong presentation skills, with the ability to translate data into business insights• A quick learner, with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment; adaptability and a strong self-teaching ethic are highly valued• Strong strategic thinking capabilities and project management skills• Nice to have:• Experience with data tools and processes (e.g., Looker, Data Lakes and Data Extraction)• Master’s degree in a technical field• Working knowledge of statistics and probability, particularly their application in systems analysis and operations research• TV media industry experience
