We are seeking Tax Senior Associates with 2-5 years of general (mix of clients), high net worth individual, corporate, or venture capital-focused tax experience in public accounting.

Tax Senior Associates work closely with our managers and partners to provide innovative tax solutions for our sophisticated client base. We service a wide range of clients influenced by Silicon Valley, with our largest practice groups serving ultra high net-worth individuals, pre-IPO and public companies, along with trade and investment partnerships across a variety of industries. Primary responsibilities include preparing complex returns, performing planning, projection and compliance projects, and reviewing work from the associate level. Mentoring team members, providing thoughtful feedback, and transferring knowledge particularly to those learning under you are highly valued by the Firm.

This position can be based out of our San Francisco, Palo Alto or San Jose office, or remotely. For those able to access one of our offices, we support hybrid work schedules that blend in-office and working from home. Remote employees will be invited to join us in the Bay Area, California throughout the year for gatherings and special events.

Candidates must possess a broad spectrum of skills and breadth of tax experience that will immediately inspire confidence.

The salary range for this position is $85,000 - $100,000. This does not include bonus payments awarded through our Performance Recognition Program.
