Job Description

This role is responsible for leading a cross-functional team focused on driving user growth for our digital platforms. The ideal candidate is a experienced and results-oriented leader with exceptional organizational and communication skills, and a proven track record in digital growth.

Key Responsibilities:  

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive growth strategy encompassing user acquisition, engagement, and retention. 
  • Lead and coordinate a cross-functional team including performance marketing, marketing communications, analytics, and other relevant stakeholders. 
  • Set clear goals and objectives for the team, and track progress against key performance indicators (KPIs). 
  • Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment that encourages innovation and creative problem-solving. 
  • Identify and implement growth hacking initiatives to drive rapid user acquisition. 
  • Analyze user data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and optimization. 
  • Collaborate with Product Owners to ensure alignment between product roadmap and growth strategy. 
  • Manage budgets and resources effectively to maximize return on investment (ROI). 
  • Stay aligned of industry best practices and emerging technologies in platforms growth. 
  • Communicate effectively with senior management on team progress, challenges, and opportunities. 

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): 

  • App installs and downloads 
  • Daily/Monthly Active Users (DAU/MAU) 
  • User engagement metrics (e.g., session duration, retention rate) 
  • Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) 
  • Lifetime Value (LTV) 
  • Return on Ad Spend (ROAS)

Qualifications

  • Proven experience leading cross-functional teams in a high-growth digital environment. 
  • Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills. 
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. 
  • Experience with A/B testing, user segmentation, and personalization. 
  • Strong project management and organizational skills. 
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
