2025 Investment Banking Full-Time Analyst Program - Technology (New York)
Program Description
We are considering candidates interested in joining the Technology Investment Banking Team based in New York as part of TD Securities' 2025 Investment Banking Full-Time Analyst Program.
Analysts can expect a fast-paced, demanding work environment that offers the opportunity to learn and grow professionally. Analysts work in small deal teams on a wide range of transactions. From initial client contact through closing a transaction, our analysts are an integral part of the transaction process; researching, valuing, pricing, marketing, and structuring transactions.
The Analyst Training Program, which begins in early July, provides a five-week introduction and orientation to the firm and its capabilities. The curriculum includes coursework in accounting, communication skills, debt and equity capital markets, Excel, financial analysis, modeling, and valuation.
