Field Solutions Architect II for Security

About the RoleAs a Field Solution Architect II, you will leverage your experience in hardware and software solutions, focusing on servers and data centers. You will recommend solutions with moderate customer input, support pre-sales technical questions, and investigate customer technical escalations. You will collaborate on enablement technology solutions and understand installation requirements. Your role includes driving demonstration creation, delivering training to partners, and presenting to larger groups to support business initiatives. Additionally, you will recognize customer business needs, translate them into technology solutions, educate customers on current technology, and build relationships with vendors and customers.What You'll Do• Support partner pre-sales technical solution questions around sizing, product feature functionality, capability, deployment requirements, product channel distribution guidelines, and certification.• Assist in identifying the most optimal solutions to meet customer requirements within the overall approach and strategy of the developed solution proposal response.
