A Crew Member is responsible for providing excellent guest service while executing operation and service standards at the highest level in order to make Round Table Pizza every family’s first choice for a wonderful meal together. In order to achieve this goal, a Crew Member is responsible for working well within the restaurant team, behaving professionally and providing great service to our guests. By focusing their time around assigned shift duties, executing operational performance at a high level and maintaining a safe, clean environment, this can be accomplished.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 1) Being a Capable and Productive Member of Team by: a. Executing restaurant routines and the Round Table operating standards such as training, cleaning, opening/closing, delivery, etc. b. Executing company and store initiatives at the highest level c. Improving skills and productivity through training and development d. Taking initiative and following directions e. Notifying the Manager immediately of any guest concerns or potential problems.

Starting pay is $15.74 per hour plus tips. This store has been averaging an extra $3 per hour in tips which would put the rate of pay around $18.74 per hour.

Pay: $18.50 - $19.00 per hour
