Team Rubicon is seeking an experienced Senior Associate, Accounting to support the Finance team. The ideal candidate will excel in a complex and ever-changing environment, demonstrating a strong attention to detail.

Skills

Strong written and verbal communication skills
Experience with accounting software
Knowledge of GAAP and IRS regulations

Responsibilities

Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts
Oversee month-end and year-end closing processes
Prepare financial statements and reports
Ensure compliance with accounting regulations

Education

Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field
