Marketing Manager


Responsibilities:
  • Catalog Design: Design and oversee the production of our traditional and online catalogs, ensuring a visually appealing and user-friendly layout.
  • Distribution Planning: Develop and implement a distribution plan for both traditional mail order and online catalogs to maximize reach and customer engagement.
  • Online Marketing Strategy: Create and execute an online marketing strategy to promote our brands and products, utilizing various digital channels such as social media, email marketing, and search engine optimization (SEO).
  • Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget efficiently, ensuring all expenditures align with company goals and provide a positive return on investment (ROI).
  • KPI Reporting: Regularly report to the president on key marketing performance indicators (KPIs), providing insights and recommendations based on data analysis.


Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred.
  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in a marketing role, preferably within retail or e-commerce.
  • Skills:
  • Proven experience in designing and distributing catalogs.
  • Strong knowledge of online marketing strategies and tools.
  • Excellent budget management and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in marketing software and tools, including design and analytics platforms.
  • Ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
  • Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creativity: A creative mindset with the ability to develop innovative marketing campaigns.
  • Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Ownership: Demonstrated ability to take ownership of projects and see them through to successful completion.
