Marketing Manager

Responsibilities:

Catalog Design: Design and oversee the production of our traditional and online catalogs, ensuring a visually appealing and user-friendly layout.
Distribution Planning: Develop and implement a distribution plan for both traditional mail order and online catalogs to maximize reach and customer engagement.
Online Marketing Strategy: Create and execute an online marketing strategy to promote our brands and products, utilizing various digital channels such as social media, email marketing, and search engine optimization (SEO).
Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget efficiently, ensuring all expenditures align with company goals and provide a positive return on investment (ROI).
KPI Reporting: Regularly report to the president on key marketing performance indicators (KPIs), providing insights and recommendations based on data analysis.

Requirements:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred.
Experience: 3+ years of experience in a marketing role, preferably within retail or e-commerce.
Skills:
Proven experience in designing and distributing catalogs.

Strong knowledge of online marketing strategies and tools.
Excellent budget management and analytical skills.
Proficiency in marketing software and tools, including design and analytics platforms.
Ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Creativity: A creative mindset with the ability to develop innovative marketing campaigns.
Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Ownership: Demonstrated ability to take ownership of projects and see them through to successful completion.
