Full Time Payroll Specialist

The Payroll Specialist is responsible for the accurate and timely processing of all payroll transactions. This includes entering employee data, calculating wages and deductions, generating paychecks, and submitting payroll taxes. The ideal candidate will have experience in the construction industry and be proficient in full cycle payroll processing.

• Enter employee data into the payroll system
• Calculate wages and deductions
• Generate paychecks
• Submit payroll taxes
• Respond to employee inquiries about payroll
• Maintain accurate records of all payroll transactions

• 3+ years of experience in payroll processing
• Experience working in the construction industry
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent customer service skills
