TeamSnap is looking for a Client Success Manager for our Brand Solutions Team. Youā€™ll play a critical role in supporting and managing a book of agency & brand advertising clients. If you have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service while growing new and existing business alongside the brand solutions advertising sales team, then youā€™re exactly who weā€™re looking for!


What You'll Do:

As a member of our client success team, you will help project manage and execute our onsite and digital marketing campaigns from kickoff to completion. 

- Build strong and rewarding relationships with clients through onboarding and providing thought leadership during the management of all aspects of campaign execution.

- You are the quarterback for all of your accounts and the clients trust you to make their campaigns a roaring success. You serve as that main point of contact that understands the clients KPIs and manages project timeliness and implementation along with your cross functional partners.

- Work in tandem with your account manager to bolster the value of our offering and retain the relationship through renewals

- Effectively communicate the client's campaign results and overall positive TeamSnap impact during a cadence of campaign check in calls.

- Facilitate, aggregate and manage data collection, organization and reporting to all key stakeholders including the client, sales and operations.


What Will Set You Up for Success:

- 1-2 years of Strong project management skills in a client facing role and the ability to manage and track a variety of moving pieces across 20+ client accounts.

- Preferred experience with onsite sponsorship activations.

- Critical thinking and analytical problem solving skills-experience with excel and/or data analysis is a plus.

- Ability to take raw data and make it into beautiful client-facing reports.

- A sense of urgency and motivation to exceed aggressive goals.                                                                                           

- Strong belief in proactive rather than reactive approach to handling clients and problems.

- Solid ability to handle tough conversations with business owners in a professional, solution- oriented manner.

- Excellent time management and organizational skills with the ability to track numerous details.           

- Strong interpersonal communication (both verbal and written).

- Display advertising experience working with GAM is a plus.

Compensation

Weā€™re committed to equitable compensation for all TeamSnappers. The minimum starting point for this role is $60,000, inclusive of base and bonus, with comp updated based on multiple factors. Our comp is highly competitive in our space and we adjust overall comp based on relevant experience, skills, certifications, and geographic location.

TeamSnap is a fully remote company, so you need to be very comfortable working with people who arenā€™t in the same time zone as you. We are always expanding, but there is a small list of states we do not hire in, including Alabama, Alaska, Delaware, District of Columbia, Hawaii, Iowa, Louisiana, Mississippi, Nebraska, New Mexico, Rhode Island, South Dakota and West Virginia and while we love all parts of the world, we can only hire permanent US residents at this time.
