TeamSnap is seeking a Senior Visual Brand & UI Designer to join our product design team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating visually stunning and cohesive brand assets across various platforms while also developing intuitive, user-friendly interfaces that enhance user experience. 


What You'll Do
  • Visual Design & Development: Design high-impact, conversion-focused digital assets for our apps and website (paywalls, display ads, video ads, etc.).
  • Create landing pages, email templates, and other visual materials that enhance marketing funnels and boost conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with design, product, engineering, and marketing to develop variations of creative assets for A/B testing and continuously iterate based on data and insights.
  • UI Design: Work closely with product designers to translate wireframes and user flows into high-fidelity UI designs.
  • Define and maintain the visual aesthetic of the products, ensuring that the user interface aligns with the overall brand identity.
  • Design Systems & Guidelines:
  • Maintain and update the design system, introducing new components and refining existing ones to align with evolving product needs.
  • Elevate TeamSnap’s digital design language, design system, and UI elements
  • Advocate for best practices in visual hierarchy, typography, spacing, and interaction patterns.


What Will Set You up for Success
  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in brand design, visual design, and UI design.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing conversion-focused design work and beautiful, usable UI.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) and Figma.
  • Experience designing for both brand design and UI design.
  • Understanding of marketing funnels, growth tactics, and user acquisition strategies.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze creative performance and iterate designs.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with a high attention to detail.

Compensation

We’re committed to equitable compensation for all TeamSnappers. The minimum starting point for this role is $175,000, inclusive of base and bonus, with comp updated based on multiple factors. Our comp is highly competitive in our space and we adjust overall comp based on relevant experience, skills, certifications, and geographic location. 


🖥 Location

TeamSnap is a fully remote company, so you need to be very comfortable working with people who aren’t in the same time zone as you. We are always expanding, but there is a small list of states we do not hire in at the moment, including Alabama, Alaska, Delaware, District of Columbia, Hawaii, Iowa, Louisiana, Mississippi, Nebraska, New Mexico, Rhode Island, and South Dakota and while we love all parts of the world, we can only hire permanent US residents at this time.
