  • Collaborate with Creative and marketing teams to develop visual assets and video content.
  • Build and manage a healthcare micro-influencer and user-generated content program.
  • Monitor brand mentions, respond to feedback, and safeguard brand reputation.
  • Engage in healthcare-specific forums like Reddit to contribute value and gain insights.
  • Track and analyze social content performance and optimize based on data.
  • Stay updated on social platform trends, healthcare industry changes, and algorithms.
