Manage cross-platform content calendar and oversee publishing and engagement daily.
Create social-first content tailored to healthcare professionals such as physicians and medical billers.
Serve as a visible or behind-the-scenes host for short-form video content and webinars.
Write compelling, brand-aligned copy especially for LinkedIn and YouTube.
Collaborate with Creative and marketing teams to develop visual assets and video content.
Build and manage a healthcare micro-influencer and user-generated content program.
Monitor brand mentions, respond to feedback, and safeguard brand reputation.
Engage in healthcare-specific forums like Reddit to contribute value and gain insights.
Track and analyze social content performance and optimize based on data.
Stay updated on social platform trends, healthcare industry changes, and algorithms.
