Responsibilities

Must be able to work with small parts, mostly integrated circuits, chip resistors and capacitors. Daily tasks to include preparing cleaning baths and preparing die for grinding, lapping, cleaning and thickness measurements. Must be able to learn to operate lapping and grinding equipment and some computer controlled equipment.

Qualifications

Must be able to read and understand written instructions. Should be able to use a computer to input data and use a microscope. A minimum of six months of applicable experience is required.
Active secret clearance required.
