Tech Talent Sourcer

, you’ll have the unique opportunity to be the first to articulate about ThoughtSpot’s journey, technology stack, and products to future ThoughtSpotters. You’ll partner closely with both the recruiting team and the hiring managers to create the best go-to-market sourcing strategies to attract and hire amazing talent. You’ll bring a deeply analytical and curious mind to your work and a really good storytelling approach to articulate life-changing opportunities to candidates. You’ll keep stakeholders well-informed by reporting hiring metrics at a regular cadence. You will be responsible for providing an awesome candidate experience.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Develop relationships with candidates, understand their needs, and connect them to opportunities at ThoughtSpot.
  • Source and evaluate the skill level of candidates and conduct screening interviews.
  • Identify, engage, and advise talent with a focus on creating a great experience for each candidate.
  • Create and implement a hiring strategy that emphasizes quality and diversity of hires, process efficiency, and strong candidate and internal stakeholder management.
  • Consult with hiring managers to deliver innovative and efficient sourcing solutions for attracting and hiring talent
  • Use innovative research & sourcing methods to hire for niche areas and hard to fill technical roles
  • Develop and execute fully comprehensive sourcing plans, analyzing requirements to determine target profile needs and matches
  • Regularly manage pipeline activity and maintain data integrity, and proactively share data-centric updates with internal stakeholders

What you’ll need to be successful:

  • 4+ years of experience in sourcing, talent mapping, and recruiting tech talent.
  • Develop strategies to achieve top-of-the-funnel hiring metrics and pipeline conversion rates
  • Identify, engage, activate and nurture top talent
  • Ability to provide effective consultative skills to hiring managers throughout the search process. Ability to prioritize and manage competing demands and clients.
  • Effective project management and organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Experience in advanced talent search techniques, including boolean, applicant tracking system (ATS), sourcing tools, and online sourcing resources.
  • Develop a deep understanding of ThoughtSpot’s talent segment to proactively build a long term pipeline in some of the most competitive markets in the world
  • Be a trusted partner by building relationships with your recruiting partner and hiring managers by presenting sourcing insights to ensure hiring success
  • Continuously champion our inclusive hiring practices and help drive our diversity sourcing initiatives
