Our Event Solutions Group is seeking a Technical Analyst. The Technical Analyst is responsible for supporting external and internal travel booking applications and the internal teams that operate them. This position requires a customer service focus, technical aptitude, and an understanding of software development life-cycle.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the technology suite that runs the travel booking site and Experiences Marketplace
- Assist in the development of and provide instruction to developers on new features or updates to booking site
- Work closely with current suppliers technical teams
- Review, evaluate, and recommend updates based on our supplier's technical (API) documentation
- Review technical details for additional suppliers or new services
- Analyze application logs to identify issues
- Lead troubleshooting efforts, resolve issues quickly, and create solutions to prevent similar issues
- Recommending new solutions or ideas to enhance the user experience, redemption, and better assist in customer support
- Quality assurance testing of enhancements prior to launching to all participants
- Support the Individual Incentive Travel team, and identify technologies that can streamline the booking process
- Publish content changes
- Miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned

Education/Experience Required:
